If you want to go camping at the lake in Hesse, you can enjoy it at the Edersee, also called Ederstausee. The lake is located in a beautiful low mountain range landscape and borders directly on the Kellerwald National Park.
Overlooked by Waldeck Castle, Lake Edersee and its surroundings form a large recreational area. You can go hiking, biking, swimming, paddling, fishing- or just do nothing at all.
An own bathing beach directly at the lake and even an own yacht harbor offer at the camping site Rehbach direct lake access for bathers as well as for sailors. Besides a beach volleyball court there is also a fish smokehouse with fresh or smoked fish.
