The family-friendly Seeblick #campground near Husum has a special feature: it is the only site on the North Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein without a dike and thus with an unobstructed view of the sea. Camping at the North Sea is especially #relaxing on this site due to its quiet location and when you step out into the fresh air in the morning, you can already smell the sea. On this place you can let your soul dangle. Also, be sure to hike in the nearby forest and at low tide through the Wadden Sea.
Saint Peter-Ording
Twelve kilometers of fine sandy beach, dunes, salt marshes, pine forest and sea: this combination makes St. Peter-Ording one of the most popular vacation spots on the North Sea coast. The municipality is the only German seaside resort to have its own sulfur spring and therefore bears the designation "North Sea spa and sulfur bath".
Camping tip: Biehl in St. Peter-Ording
The campsite is located directly on the North Sea - more precisely on the twelve-kilometer-long fine sandy beach of St. Peter-Ording. Everything you need for a feel-good camping vacation is within easy reach, such as restaurants, cafés or small stores. Take a hike across the wide fields and salt marshes or along the beautiful coast.
Friedrichskoog
Friedrichskoog at the North Sea is a vacation resort in wide nature directly at the National Park Wadden Sea. Camping tip: Elbinsel Lühesand
This special campsite is located just outside Hamburg in the middle of the Elbe River. The owner runs his own ferry that takes you directly to the cozy self-catering campground. There is no real plot structure there, but each camper has enough free space.
