Monaco is a city state in the south of Europe, best known for its wealth and glamour! Some of the wealthiest people from all over the world have a residency here. But it is not only a place for the rich, its location next to the Mediterrean sea, makes it the perfect summer spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the warm weather, the beach and the Mediterrean and French culture! Probably, you don’t want to spend plenty of money on an expensive accommodation, but don’t worry there are also a few hotels for average tourists. Monaco's Old Town, Le Rocher, meaning the Rock, has a lot of narrow lovely streets that date from the Middle Ages, with café and boutiques! If you want to treat yourself, this city is the perfect spot because of its many Michelin Restaurants! So, whether you are interested in seeing yachts and villas or just want to relax close to the Mediteranea Sea, Monaco is the place to go!

Monte Carlo
It is the most glamours district and also the one with the best sea views! The two most famous streets are the 'Boulevard Princesse Charlotte' in the west and the 'Boulevard des Moulins' in the south west. Here and in the surrounding streets you will find many luxury shops and unique boutiques! This extremely wealthy district also explains the name of its main neighborhood Carré d´Or, Square of Gold! This is also were the famous terrace with its casino 'Place du Casino' and the Opera, is located! And even though you are not into gaming, it is worth a visit, just because of its beautiful views over the Sea!
Palais du Prince
The palace, Palais du Prince, is the home of the oldest monarchy in the world, the Genoese noble family of Grimaldi! Since Monaco is a principality, the royal family has a very important meaning in the country! The palace situated in Le Rocher, is still the home of the Prince of Monaco and its family! However, some days it is open to visitors that can visit the 'Hercule Gallery', 'Blue Room', which is used for official state events and 'Throne Room'! You also shouldn’t miss going to the Main court Yard of the Palace! And if you are there at the right time, you will be able to see the Changing of the Guards, which takes place every day at 11:55 am!
Gardens
Monaco has many different gardens and parks that are worth a visit! Because of its warm weather and sunshine, you will also find many exotic plants there! One of the most famous ones is the 'Jardin Exotique' with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea. Other gardens you shouldn't miss are 'Jardins Saint-Martin', 'Jardin Japonais' and the 'Fontvieille Park'! Rather you just want to enjoy different plants, see Marmor sculptures or fountains and small lakes, the luxury gardens in Monaco are the right place!
Other places you shouldn’t miss are the waterfront 'La Condamine, the 'Yacht Club de Monaco', 'Larvotto' Beach, the cathedral 'Notre-Dame-Immaculée' and 'oceanographic' museum of Monaco.
